Bogotá, august 2024 - SATENA, the airline of Colombians, informs public opinion and its users that flights 8730, 8731 and 8751 on August 26 and 27 on the route Medellín-Nuquí-Medellín have been canceled due to a protest social, totally independent of the company, which blocks the taxiway of the Reyes Murillo Airport, in the municipality of Nuquí.

The demonstration, organized by a cluster of citizens and directed at the municipal authorities, has caused the blocking of the taxiway, preventing air operation.

SATENA is waiting for normal operations to be restored from the airport. Therefore, until there are security guarantees to resume air operations, flights will remain suspended.
