SATENA warns about fake sellers and recruiters who collect information on behalf of the airline

SATENA warns the public about new forms of deception that fraudulently use the name of the company. The scams include impersonating airline employees to carry out false selection processes, as well as the illegal sale of tickets.

In response to the alleged scams related to the selection processes, SATENA reports that the only official channels to publish its vacancies are LinkedIn and the website https://co.computrabajo.com/ The selection process is carried out by the contractor company Ocuservis, and the personnel who apply for the vacancies will be contacted only and exclusively through the telephone line and/or WhatsApp (+57) 317 383 19 39 or the email seleccionbogota4@ocuservis.com.co If you are in the process of linking, you can validate it at the (601) 918 6030, PBX 601-3905555 en Bogotá.

In relation to the alleged sale of fraudulent tickets, it is reported that the only official and authorized channels for their marketing are the www.satena.com, website, national travel agencies, direct points of sale, commercial agents and regional representatives. The airline emphasizes the importance of requiring the corresponding invoice at the time of purchase and verifying that it contains SATENA's legal information.
