SATENA informs that, effective September 1, 2026, the exclusive discount rate for Military Veterans will be available solely to those with active accreditation in the National Ministry of Defense’s Single Veterans Registry (Registro Único de Veteranos – RUM).

This update strengthens validation mechanisms and ensures the proper application of the special rate offered by SATENA as recognition to those who have served the country.

In coordination with the Ministry of National Defense's Directorate of Veterans and Inclusive Rehabilitation (DIVRI), SATENA will validate veteran status through the Single Veterans Registry (RUM) platform managed by that agency. This tool will allow the airline to verify beneficiary accreditation, strengthen controls, provide greater traceability, and facilitate the accurate application of the exclusive discount.

Accordingly, the airline invites all retired, pensioned, or honorably discharged personnel who have not yet obtained their veteran accreditation in the RUM to complete this process in a timely manner to continue receiving this benefit, provided they meet the requirements established under current regulations.

The implementation of this measure is part of SATENA’s commitment to Military Veterans and aims to ensure a clear, orderly, and timely transition to the new access conditions for this differential rate.
