For SATENA it is very important to offer each of our clients favorable alternatives for the use of their tickets, taking into account the situation facing the country in the face of COVID-19 and all the impacts generated in the development of the operation aerial.
For trips scheduled between March 1, 2020 and October 31, 2020, no penalty or administrative fee will be generated, only the fare difference will be charged in the cases that apply according to the date of the affected flight, as follows:

What changes can be made?

The deadline that the passenger has to request the rescheduling of their trip is until December 31, 2021, so that no additional charge is generated to what is authorized in this document, after this date the corresponding rate conditions will apply. at the rate purchased by the customer.

Until when can the ticket be used?

The new trip can be scheduled until December 31, 2021, as the last date of return.

How many times can the change be made?

One (1) change per trip can be made under these conditions
If the ticket is round trip, only one change will be allowed for each journey.
The request to change each route can be made on different dates.
A second revised by the passenger's own will, will apply the current rate conditions according to the new rate in which the change has been made.

Commercial and travel and tourism agencies must process their requirements directly with SATENA through the channels provided by the Commercial Directorate.
