Web Check-In Conditions

This service will allow you to optimize the time and avoid rows on the day scheduled for your flight.

  • Fill out the COVID form, find it by clicking here
  • By filling out and submitting the form, you will be redirected to continue with the process.
  • Complete the data related to your reservation.
  • Once you finish each step, we will send the boarding pass to you.

    • Don't forget to have your identification document ready.
    • If your boarding pass does not show your gate number, you must go to the airline counter and confirm the assigned number.
    • To avoid any issues, we recommend arriving at the airport two (2) hours in advance to allow time for security procedures.
    • Passengers must enter their Booking Code and Last Name exactly as they appear on the reservation. The Booking Code is 6 letters long. If you don't have it, request it from your travel agency or point of sale.
    • Check the maximum weight allowed for your flight through the Contact Center, at any of our offices, or at the point of sale where you purchased your ticket.
    • SATENA reserves the right to reassign seats due to weight, balance, and/or operational changes.
    • Web check-in will be available from 24 hours to 4 hours before the flight.
    • If the passenger has no checked baggage or is only carrying carry-on baggage, they can proceed directly to the gate at least one (1) hour before the flight.
    • If they have checked baggage, they must check in at the airline's counter at least two (2) hours before the flight.
    • For passengers who, as a result of their online check-in, did not print their boarding pass or forgot it, the procedure will be the same as the check-in process at our counter.
    • Up to 9 passengers on the same reservation can check in online.
    • Users who require special assistance (wheelchair, oxygen, pregnant women).
    • Recommended passengers.
    • People with medical news.
    • Minors as Recommended from 5 to 11 years old.
    • People who are on the waiting list.
    • Personnel with your ticket with military discount rate.
    • Passengers traveling on the San Andrés - Providencia - San Andrés / Bogotá-Ipiales-Bogotá route.
    • Passengers carrying portable dialysis equipment or oxygen concentrators.
    • Reservations that include special services such as:
      • Unaccompanied minors.
      • Pets in the Cabin, emotional support animals or Animals in the Warehouse.
      • Transportation of deported, demobilized or under special legal conditions.
    This information will allow you to know and understand the rights you have as a SATENA user and the duties that you must fulfill in order to access the services offered by the airline in a timely manner.
